460 West 34th Street
In response to the vibrant urban modernization on the West side of New York City, the former Master Printers Building receives a complete redevelopment. Once the tallest concrete building in the city, 460 West 34th Street is reestablished as one of the district’s most prestigious properties. The modern design and best-in-class amenities resulted in the property being 100% leased with premier tenants including Amazon and First Republic Bank.
The Nu-Way team installed 75 tons of air cooled packaged units on 12 of the floors, 50 tons of air cooled packaged units on 4 of the floors, a new lobby, fuel oil system for the rooftop generator, new ductwork risers for new tenant bathrooms and futures for base building tenants on the commercial first floor. A new base building BMS system was installed as well.
