At time of completion, 211 West 29th Street was the second tallest Passive House built in NYC. The project has 55 residential apartments of which 17 are affordable as well as a commercial retail space on the ground floor. 

Passive House buildings are characterized by especially high levels of indoor comfort with minimum energy consumption. The Passive House Standard offers excellent economic efficiency. 

The Nu-Way team installed the entire HVAC system, including Daikin VRF heat recovery system and Swegon ERV, adhering to the highest level of quality control to ensure specifications were met to pass the stringent Passive House requirements.
