The Cooke School and Institute partners with NYC public, non-public and charter schools in underserved communities. The Cooke School is a fully ADA-compliant 4-story facility providing private schooling and services to nearly 300 students ages 5-21 with developmental disabilities.

The Nu-Way team installed a VRF heat recovery system with 154 indoor units, installed make up air units on the rooftop and setback as well as a fuel oil system for the rooftop generator.
