Named for philanthropist Moise Safra, the Moise Safra Center stands 14 stories and encompasses 65,000 square feet. This modern complex for cultural, educational, recreational and spiritual activities is located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

The Nu-Way team installed the entire HVAC system, including cooling towers, water cooled modular chillers, boilers, and air handling units in addition to a dehumidification unit for the building’s basement pool. All of which was controlled by the building’s new BMS system.
